Question: I have something I would like to be made, do you do custom orders?
Answers: Yes, we do custom orders. We can make any type of jewelry, accessory or bags (totes). Just let us know what you want made and we will do the rest.
Question: What is your jewelry made of?
Answer: Most of our jewelry findings are surgical steel or an alloy (a mixture or different metals). If you have sensitive skin we can use sterling silver, just let us know additional charges will be added. Our beads are made out of glass, Swarovski crystals, wood and plastic.
Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We are located in Toronto, Canada.
Question: What type of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept PayPal and C.O.D (only to Canadian addresses). C.O.D is generally $15.00 additional to the shipping charges.
Question: Where do you ship?
Answer: We ship worldwide.
Question: What type of shipping carrier to you use?
Answer: We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs.
Question: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Answer: For Canadian addresses it will take 2-5 business days. For U.S.A addresses it can take 5-10 business days. For International addresses it can take up to 14 business days. If you need you package earlier please let us know and we can arrange for faster delivery time.
Question: How much is shipping?
Answer: Shipping all depends on the size of the item(s), payment method and destination of the items(s). Once your order if received you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with the total of your order including the shipping.
